Air Force Awards and Decorations

In these days of inflated performance reports, awards and decorations have become even more important --not only to recognize the achievements of our troops but to give our top airmen the edge they need to get promoted.   A quarterly award might be the difference between a 4 or a 5 EPR.   A decoration might be what it takes to get your troop promoted over his peers.
