Adjectives for Awards and EPRs

Below is a list of positive adjectives for use in EPRs and awards. Adjectives should be chosen wisely. There's never enough space to say everything we'd like to say about our troops' performance so it's important to make the best use of the limited space available and make every word count. For example if you wrote that a person was, "the epitome of efficiency and effectiveness", although it sounds nice, those two words mean roughly the same thing. You could have used another adjective that more expansively described the person's character such as "dependable and efficient".
