During this period, Airman Stepp's outstanding professional skill, leadership, and ceaseless efforts proved invaluable as he monitored and amended 300 Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders, balancing the Unit Personnel Manning Roster and preventing 137 manning shortfalls. Additionally, he filled two squadron vacancies that supported 160 aircrew and 40 commander's programs, preventing operations loss and strengthening squadron effectiveness. Further, during a Unit Command and Control Exercise, Airman Stepp aided two squadrons by relaying alarm levels and zone security reports which implemented and validated the first use of the 1.6 million dollar program application. During this period, Airman Simpson reviewed and processed 2,500 specialty care referrals for TRICARE Prime enrollees, surpassing Air Force standards by twenty four hours. Moreover, she coordinated four hundred MRIs at Monocrief Army Community Hospital, saving the Department of Defense over 1.7 million dollars. Additionally, she trained five squadron commanders and superintendents on a new EMS program, reducing redundancies by fifty percent the first month. During this period, Captain Satchel's extraordinary insight and fortitude resulted in the successful implementation of the first Commander's Support Staff on the installation, supporting the wing's largest squadron. Leading a team of 12 specialists, her outstanding leadership, professional skill, and ceaseless efforts significantly improved the timely execution of personnel processes for over 570 members across 16 specialties. She quickly identified and resolved 43 critical errors and developed an effective training plan, improving squadron readiness by thirty percent. Finally, Captain Satchel synchronized 21 vital readiness programs through the implementation of the Maintenance Readiness Review Program, achieving an excellent rating for the Defense Nuclear Surety Inspection and ultimately contributing to the squadron earning the Bomb Wing nomination for the Maintenance Effectiveness Award. Master Sergeant Todd C. Hyatt distinguished himself by meritorious service as Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge of Commander's Support Staff, 823d Base Defense Squadron, 93d Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW), Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. During this period, Sergeant Hyatt was instrumental in the flawless tracking of all performance reports for the 823d Base Defense Squadron with zero late submissions, enhancing and encouraging career progression. Additionally, he managed 17 complex Personnel Reliability Program PCS assignments, preventing costly or inappropriate assignment errors and safeguarding the installtion's nuclear weapon capability. Further, he was hand-picked by the 822d Base Defense Squadron's Commander for a Command Directed Investigation and was lauded for a thorough and fair evaluation and for restoring the careers of his sister squadron's members, sustaining mission capability. Moreover, Sergeant Hyatt established the SharePoint web site currently used for three out of four squadrons in the 820th Base Defense Group and assisted Air Combat Command Knowledge Operations in restoring their SharePoint site.
