Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Leadership Potential: Demonstrates leadership qualities by taking initiative, mentoring peers, and seeking additional responsibilities. Additional duties include NICU transport leadership team, unit designee for Air Force Assistance Fund campaign, Neo Warden, and Genesis superuser. Hand chosen to lead NICU staff training for additional duties\education & training winter 2025.

Mentorship: Seeks out mentorship and guidance to enhance professional growth and development. Has obtained a bachelor s degree prior to enlistment in Psychology, is seeking to serve as a Clinical Psychologist.

Adaptability: Readily adjusts to changing priorities and mission requirements, maintaining a positive attitude in all patient care. Assisted in 2 one to ones in MSW at USNHO and 1 in ER at USNHO.

Mission Impact: Actions have a direct and positive impact on mission accomplishment, has successfully and safely done two air transports from Okinawa to Guam, and two ground transports to local Japanese hospital.
