Technical Sergeant Benjamin A. DeLone distinguished himself by meritorious service as Professional Military Education Instructor, Airey Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, Barnes Center for Enlisted Education, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, from 29 December 2022 to 30 December 2024. During this period, Sergeant DeLone mitigated seven Learning Management System outages by creating a grade tracker and training 22 instructors, enabling a 27 percent increase in student throughput. He delivered 340 hours of curriculum and drove six updates for the successful roll-out of revised material. Airman Leadership School Instructor
Master Sergeant Roger Ivison distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as an Airman Leadership School Instructor, 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron, 1st Special Operations Wing, Hurlburt Field, Florida. During this period, Sergeant Ivison tackled many challenges and excelled beyond expectations as an Airman Leadership School Instructor. Specifically, he led and instructed 20 flights, amassing over 2,700 classroom hours and directly impacting 311 future Non Commissioned Officers. Sergeant Ivison's instructing skill led to his students earning seven Commandant awards, seven Academic awards, twenty four Distinguished Graduate awards, and four Levitow awards. Additionally, he scripted, coordinated, and emcee'd seven graduations for over 2,000 distinguished visitors and guests. Finally, Sergeant Ivison served as the Building Custodian, overseeing a $1.12 million facility. He managed sixty nine work orders and five contract projects including an auditorium seating upgrade totaling fifty thousand dollars, ensuring a professional environment for the instruction of future Air Force warriors. NCOA PME Instructor
Master Sergeant Jose Gonzalez distinguished himself by meritorious service as NCOA PME Instructor, I.G. Brown Training and Education Center, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. During this period, Sergeant Gonzalez meticulously managed 16 Students through 223 intense hours of leadership training. He piloted G-Flight to the first of many milestones through his 500 million Umm Kays, as they became his second flight to win the Ice Breaker scavenger hunt. Sergeant Gonzalez's tireless efforts also led to his flight becoming the first to place him into an ethical trap, when he then escaped by using the 3 P's, of Principle, Purpose, People to make a righteous decision. Additionally, his guidance of the 16-member flight was recognized as being the first to complicate the Sexual Harassment Lesson and set the record for the longest Summative Group Interpersonal. Further, his 13-4, G-Flight also became the first to have him participate in their journey to Honor Flight, despite his Human Performance monitor being his first to not know any of the exercises during their scheduled HP sessions. Moreover, his consistent dedication, professionalism and attention to detail was also instrumental in this G-Flight being the first to not use any story boards and still score the Highest Summative test score average in the entire class of 13-4, with an average of 84.15 percent, culminating in G-Flight being his first to ever pass a summative exam on their first attempt. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Master Sergeant Gonzalez reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
