Technical Sergeant Benjamin A. DeLone distinguished himself by meritorious service as Professional Military Education Instructor, Airey Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, Barnes Center for Enlisted Education, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, from 29 December 2022 to 30 December 2024. During this period, Sergeant DeLone mitigated seven Learning Management System outages by creating a grade tracker and training 22 instructors, enabling a 27 percent increase in student throughput. He delivered 340 hours of curriculum and drove six updates for the successful roll-out of revised material. Sergeant DeLone was instrumental in developing the 700-level Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Foundations course, collaborating with 11 members to author 20 lessons in 120 hours. Additionally, he executed the Foundations Full Operational Capability initiative, delivering 64 hours of 300 and 500-level material, training 10 facilitators, and overseeing a nine-month Initial Operational Capability test phase. His efforts directly supported the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force's optimization mission, preparing over 300,000 Department of the Air Force enlisted Airmen for future challenges. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant DeLone reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
