Captain Chester Saunders distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Electronic Combat Officer, 184th Fighter Squadron, 188th Fighter Wing, Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Captain Cy Cribbs distinguished himself by meritorious service in various assignments culminating as Assistant Flight Commander/E-3 Electronic Combat Officer, 964th Airborne Air Control Squadron, 552d Operations Group, 552d Air Control Wing, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. During this period, as his flight's Information Technology Asset Management program manager, Captain Cribbs maintained 100 percent accountability for over 31 thousand network files, worth 18,600 dollars. Additionally, Captain Cribbs supported no less than six United States military and joint international training exercises, including a role as intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance package commander for graduate level capstone training course IRON FALCON.
