SPECIFICALLY, SERGEANT WHITE REENGINEERED THE UNIT'S CAREER DEVELOPMENT COURSE PROGRAM, DIRECTING THE ACADEMIC PROGRESS OF 18 SERVICES PERSONNEL ACROSS THE 3F1X1 AIR FORCE SPECIALTY CODE. BY IMPLEMENTING A STRATEGIC MOCK-TESTING ARCHITECTURE AND AN NCO-LED TUTORING CADRE, SERGEANT WHITE ACHIEVED AN 89 PERCENT FIRST-TIME PASS RATE, THE HIGHEST EVER RECORDED. Technical Sergeant Nancy A. McDonald distinguished herself in the performance of outstanding service to the United States as Satellite Personnel Activity Manager, 633d Force Support Squadron, 633d Mission Support Group, 633d Air Base Wing, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. During this period, Sergeant McDonald provided administrative support for more than 2,500 non-prior service students and over 150 permanent party Airmen across nine major commands, one Army brigade, and two Wings, increasing relocation compliance by twenty-four percent. Additionally, she co-authored the 345th Training Squadron student guide which synchronized three organizations across two installations and helped to establish a memorandum of understanding with the 633d Comptroller Squadron, ensuring support for 2,220 Airmen and reducing pay discrepancies by twenty percent. Further, Sergeant McDonald revitalized accelerated student out-processing in response to a six week student course reduction, producing a ninety percent on-time departure rate and arming ten combatant commanders four months ahead of schedule. Finally, she prepared 850 non-prior students for the recruiter assistance program, processed 378 permanent change of station packages, and corrected sixty PCS orders during a world wide pandemic response which directly contributed to the Wing's 2022 Verne Orr Award win.
