Master Sergeant Donald G. Page distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Superintendent, Resource Accountability Inspections, Office of the Inspector General, Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. During this period, Sergeant Page provided unparalleled support to the Commander and Inspector General by planning and conducting compliance inspections on 44 units across three Numbered Air Forces, assuring the discipline, efficiency, and economy of the command. In addition, he recognized the importance of highly trained, high quality inspectors, and developed a comprehensive inspector training program and worked with Headquarters Functional Area Managers to ensure the stability and continuity of 55 augmentee inspectors. Moreover, as the vanguard of the command's new self-inspection tool, the Management Internal Control Toolset, Sergeant Page facilitated a comprehensive training session for 10th Air Force functional directorates, improving toolset deployment across the command. The distinctive accomplishments of Master Sergeant Page reflect great credit upon himself, the Air Force Reserve Command and the United States Air Force.




Lieutenant Colonel Matthew C. Harvey distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Inspector General, 514th Air Mobility Wing, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. During this period, Colonel Harvey took a lead role in developing a top-notch Air Force Inspector General (IG) complaint resolution process. His expeditious handling of more than 200 complaints ensured a 98 percent resolution rate at the wing level. Additionally, he worked with wing medical personnel to resolve a backlog of 157 Medical Line of Duty Determinations for members returning from combat deployments. Further, Colonel Harvey was lauded by the 22nd Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command Inspector General for his gathering of investigative data during a high profile Congressional Inquiry which was conducted at base level, saving more than 15,000 dollars in TDY funds and countless man hours. Lastly, Colonel Harvey's innovative implementation of an Inspector General wing newcomer and squadron commander training program provided a valuable tool to maintain focus on the unit's objectives and mission with more than 2,500 personnel trained. The distinctive accomplishments of Colonel Harvey reflect credit upon himself, the 514th Air Mobility Wing, and the United States Air Force.




Lieutenant Colonel Lloyd A. Tate distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Inspector General, Headquarters, Pacific Region. During this period, Colonel Tate worked tirelessly to reorganize the region Inspector General directorate following the change of command in December 2016. Under his leadership, qualified officers were recruited into the directorate and their skills immediately put to use conducting investigations and performing subordinate unit inspections. When qualified officers were not available, as was the case in both the Hawaii and Alaska Wings, Colonel Tate advised the wing commanders on recommended officers and then worked shoulder-to-shoulder with them to ensure they were trained and prepared to meet the challenges as a wing inspector general. The distinctive accomplishments of Colonel Tate reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.




Lieutenant Colonel Shawn L. Owens distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Inspector General, 103rd Airlift Wing, Bradley Air National Guard Base, East Granby, Connecticutt. During this period, Colonel Owens' exceptional professional skill, leadership, and ceaseless efforts contributed greatly to the 103rd Airlift Wing mission. He aggressively sought out and established several new methods of training for a variety of evaluation categories, thereby achieving highly improved results. In addition, he aggressively provided level-headed oversight of wing self-inspection programs. Further, he leveraged his technical expertise in order to automate the IG office workload, reducing errors and enhancing case management capabilities. Finally, he devoted many extra hours to provide closure to investigations of ongoing IG cases. Colonel Owens' exceptional dedication to duty combined with his professionalism culminate a distinguished career in the service of his country and reflects credit upon himself, the 103rd Airlift Wing and the United States Air Force.
