Senior Airman Roland M Meyers distinguished himself by outstanding achievement while serving as an RC-135/VW Rivet Joint Electronic Intelligence Analyst, 763rd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. During this period, Airman Meyers processed and identified more than 1.2 million non-communication electronic intelligence signals. His dedication and attention to detail resulted in an unprecedented eight graphical analysis reports of new unidentified RADAR threat emitters, updating electronic order of battle databases and improving aircrew survivability. In addition, Airman Meyers analyzed system errors and passed critical faults to ground maintenance, enabling the continued ability to collect and exploit the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance non-communication electronic intelligence and ensure the success of the RC-135 Rivet Joint electronic collection systems. Finally, Airman Meyers' expertise and work ethic ensured 1st Calvalry had the tools in the right place and time to exploit and provide lifesaving, war-ending intelligence to the warfighter. The distinctive accomplishments of Airman Meyers reflect credit upon himself, the 763rd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron and the United States Air Force.




Senior Airman Wanda D. Reissenger distinguished herself by meritorious service while serving as Intelligence Analyst, 95th Reconnaissance Squadron, 55th Operations Group, 55th Wing, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. During this period, Airman Reissenger's attention to detail and professionalism have resulted in improved intelligence training standards and an increase in Rivet Joint essential mission intelligence. As lead analyst, Airman Reissenger's support to Operation UNIFIED PROTECTOR and ENDURING FREEDOM aided three combat search and rescue events, ensured 840 Rivet Joint collection hours, and ensured the safety of 103 RC-135 and KC-135 missions. Additionally, in response to a classified terrorist attack, she led six people in a marathon effort to prepare packing and load lists for National satellite and RQ-1B Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Deployable Transit-cased Imagery Exploitation Systems. Her attention to detail under pressure enabled the verification of 142 error-free packing and load lists, ensuring all required cargo could be shipped without delay. She then worked 16 hours straight to create 34 packing and load lists to prepare the U-2 Front End Processor for short notice deployment. Her versatility, superior knowledge and outstanding attitude have been key factors in the success of the 95th Reconnaissance Squadron and reflect credit upon herself and the United States Air Force.
