Turner distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Nato Channel Flights Travel Office Coordinator, Headquarters Kosovo Force, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Prisitina, Kosovo, in support of Operation JOINT GUARDIAN from 2 April 10 to 24 October 2010. During this period, Sergeant Turner was instrumental in assembling manpower review data to reassess manning requirements to coincide with Kosovo Force reductions. Additionally, he expertly managed two share point websites to provide real-time data for forty-six flights, connecting eight intra-theater locations. Furthermore, Sergeant Turner stepped up to fill in as the Logistics Branch Administrator, enabling and sustaining seamless operations for seven logistic functions. Lastly, as the Branch Records Action Officer, he meticulously revised an existing annual file plan, fostering logistics branch compliance with controlled document security standards. The distinctive accomplishments of Staff Sergeant Turner reflect great credit upon himself, Headquarters Kosovo Force and the United States Air Force.
Staff Sergeant Clint J. Davis distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, Passenger Travel Office, 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron, 341st Mission Support Group, 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. During this period, the outstanding professional leadership and ceaseless efforts of Sergeant Davis were showcased as he led his team to 107 Nuclear Weapons Related Material movements, certifying delivery of critical combat related assets, ultimately enabling a 1.4 million dollar Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system upgrade. Additionally, he expertly supervised the precise movement of 35,000 pounds of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives supplying four Missile Alert Facilities and fifteen hundred defenders with over a million dollars worth of vital defense material, directly contributing to two Omaha Trophy wins for the Wing. Finally, as the Wing's expert Passenger Movement coordinator, Sergeant Davis selflessly briefed 188 travelers on rapidly changing Coronavirus requirements for 20 global locations, ensuring all travel and entry safety precautions were met which earned the Missile Wing its fourth Blanchard Trophy Win. The distinctive accomplishments of Staff Sergeant Davis reflect great credit upon himself, the 341st Logistics Readiness Squadron, and the United States Air Force.
