Unprofessional Conduct

1. The purpose of this memorandum is to counsel you for your unprofessional conduct on 24 March 2026. My basis for this counseling is the attached Memorandum for Record, submitted by Ms. Gxxxx on 26 March 2026.

2. On the date in question, while at Chapel One, you spoke to Ms. Gxxxx, a contractor, in an unprofessional and offensive manner. When she signaled your vehicle to inform you about food that had been left for you, you responded with a statement that included a curse word, telling her not to signal to you as if you were a dog. This language is inappropriate and unacceptable. All members of the Air Force are required to treat others, including our civilian partners, with dignity and respect. Your conduct was a serious departure from this standard.

3. You are hereby directed to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and treat all individuals with courtesy and respect. Ensure your language and conduct adhere to the high standards expected of a United States Airman. I expect to see immediate and sustained improvement. Be advised that failure to correct your behavior and adhere to professional standards may result in more severe administrative action.

4. The following information required by the Privacy Act is provided for your information. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 8013. Purpose: To obtain any comments or documents you desire to submit (on a voluntary basis) for consideration concerning this action. ROUTINE USES: Provides you an opportunity to submit comments and documents for consideration. If provided, the comments and documents you submit become a part of the action. Your written acknowledgement of receipt and signature is mandatory.
