Cadet Training

Served as the Cadet Sq/CC at Field Training 2025 for 6.5 weeks, training 204 trainees from across 145 dets in both Air and Space Force flights.

Over 42 days, she managed daily operations and dedicated approximately 400 hours to ensuring the safety and overall welfare of cadets.

On average, 20.3% of the wing's Top Flight awards in MAX 4 and 5 were earned by cadets from her squadron.

Cultivated high morale and strong unit cohesion, leading one of her flights to earn Top Flight honors for MOD 1.

Effectively managed resources by equipping approximately 30 cadets with uniform items and ensuring all 204 cadets were knowledgeable of procedures through TEAMs communication.

She successfully escorted 8 flights to adhere to the rigorous schedule and developed the unit to ensure they were fully prepared for FDEs, LRCs, and PRA.

Her exceptional work ethic earned her a commander's coin from the FTU/CC in recognition of her outstanding performance.
