SUBJECT: Letter of Reprimand

1. On 24 Jun 22, you were notified that you owed $10,000 to the government for debts incurred while missing payments for your Oppressor Mark Two.

2. As an Air Force professional and non-commissioned officer, you understand the importance of discipline and must realize that it is your responsibility to pay your debts in a timely manner. Refusing to pay on your vehicle on multiple occasions reflects negatively on yourself, your supervisor, and your work center. If this behavior occurs again, I will be forced to consider you unfit to serve in your current grade and it will be my responsibility to the work center and the Squadron, to refer you to the Commander for consideration for demotion to Airman Basic.

3. The following information required by the Privacy Act is provided for your information. AUTHORITY: 10 U.S.C. 8013. PURPOSE: To obtain any comments or documents you desire to submit (on a voluntary basis) for consideration concerning this action. ROUTINE USES: Provides you an opportunity to submit comments or documents for consideration. If provided, the comments and documents you submit will become a part of the action. DISCLOSURE: Your written acknowledgment of receipt and signature is mandatory. Any other comment or document you provide is voluntary.

4. You will indicate receipt and understanding of this letter in the space below. You have 3 duty days in which to provide a response if you choose. A response is not required.
