Dominguez distinguished himself by meritorious service while serving as Lodging Manager, 420th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron, 422nd Air Base Group, 501st Combat Support Wing, Royal Air Base Fairford, United Kingdom. During this period, Sergeant Dominguez led four Airmen in sustainment operations overseeing 14 facilities supporting 1,200 personnel and thirty four million dollars in assets, forging European Deterrence Initiative objectives for five commands. Additionally, Sergeant Dominguez solved a manning short-fall by managing troop store operations, overseeing five Non-Commissioned Officers and 35,000 dollars in Army and Air Force Exchange store inventory, securing quality of life for 1,400 Airmen and fifty thousand dollars in sales. Furthermore, Sergeant Dominguez supported the Royal International Air Tattoo by conducting fire and safety inspections and preparing 170 rooms for the beddown of 600 personnel, enabling Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprise Air Show for 1,500 local national and U.S. personnel. Finally, Sergeant Dominguez drove the success of a twenty million dollar contingency quarters by managing 140 rooms, heading 125 work orders, and performing 100 room inspections, reducing Royal Air Force Fairford quality of life complaints by twenty percent and enabling support for 148 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Bomber Task Force and Agile Combat Employment sorties.
