Recommendation
Master of Healthcare Administration Program

To MSUM Graduate Admissions:

I am pleased to recommend Nasir Noble for admission to the Master of Healthcare Administration program at Minnesota State University Moorhead. As SrA Noble's Flight Chief, I have had the opportunity to observe his professionalism, work ethic, leadership potential, and commitment to both military service and personal development. Based on my experience supervising him, I believe he would be a strong candidate for graduate-level study in healthcare administration.

SrA Noble serves in a demanding military healthcare environment where reliability, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. He consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to accomplishing the mission while also actively supporting the people around him. He understands the importance of providing quality healthcare services and recognizes how leadership, communication, and effective management directly influence patient care and organizational performance.

One quality that stands out about SrA Noble is his motivation to continuously improve himself. While serving full time in the United States Air Force, he has continued pursuing his college education, double majoring in a BS in Healthcare Management and Leadership and a BA in Leadership and Innovation in Aging Studies. Balancing military responsibilities with academic requirements is a difficult task, but SrA Noble has shown the discipline and determination necessary to competently manage both.

SrA Noble earned promotion to the rank of Staff Sergeant his first time testing, a commendable feat on its own, made more impressive by doing it the same time he maintained a 3.72 GPA while pursuing two Bachelors Degrees. His ability to remain focused on long-term goals in both his academic and military careers, while meeting his daily responsibilities speaks highly of his character, work ethic and determination.

SrA Noble has also demonstrated a genuine interest in leadership and healthcare administration. His experience working in military medicine has allowed him to see healthcare from the operational and clinical levels, while his education has expanded his understanding of management, compliance, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. I believe this combination of practical experience and academic preparation will allow him to contribute meaningful perspectives to the MHA program.

SrA Noble has expressed a strong desire to continue developing as a leader and eventually pursue opportunities as a commissioned officer, either in the Air Force or in the United States Public Health Service Corps. His pursuit of graduate education reflects that commitment to growth and service. He understands that leadership is not simply about rank or position, but about responsibility, accountability, and taking care of people. These are qualities that I have seen him continue to develop during his military service.

I fully Believe SrA Noble has the potential to become an effective healthcare leader and would benefit greatly from the advanced education provided by Minnesota State University Moorhead's MHA program. His military experience, healthcare background, academic motivation, and commitment to serving others make him well suited for this opportunity.

I strongly recommend Nasir Noble for admission to the Master of Healthcare Administration program. I am confident that he will bring the same determination, professionalism, and commitment to graduate school that he demonstrates in his military career.
