During this period of service, Sergeant Harding's dedication to duty, leadership, and professional skill contributed to the overall success of both areas of Maintenance Control. She was instrumental in aircraft debriefing and assisting the Aircrew with entering their data into the computer and returning aircraft maintenance form documentation in a timely manner, expediting aircraft turn around time and keeping the Pro Super aware of aircraft status changes. Additionally, she identified a negative trend during routine records review, culminating in the immediate correction and training of Crew Chiefs, reducing discrepancies from 20 percent to five percent. During this period, as an aircrew Debriefer, Sergeant Miller deployed to Ali Al Salem air base, Kuwait in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn and served as a key element in the Air Expeditionary Task Force dash one deactivation.
