Technical Sergeant Jasmine M. Spruill distinguished herself in the performance of outstanding service to the United States as Noncommissioned Officer-in-Charge, Special Programs, 51st Force Support Squadron, 51st Mission Support Group, 51st Fighter Wing, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. During this period, the outstanding professional skill, leadership, and dedication to excellence was essential to the success of eight Air Force programs, providing personnel support to 78 units, geographically Separated Units, Numbered Air Force and five MAJCOMs servicing more than 5,000 Airmen across 17 locations. As Noncommissioned Officer-in-Charge, Enlisted and Officer Promotions, she validated over 2,000 products for 205 eligible and facilitated 14 boards for five Senior Raters with one hundred percent accuracy and zero supplemental boards. Additionally, Sergeant Spruill reviewed 1,500 reenlistment and extension contracts, found and corrected 88 errors, and was key to the unit's selection as 2019 UEI "Best Section" by PACAF/IG. Furthermore, she managed the Wing's Command Sponsorship Program, rectified 90 discrepancies and processed 573 applications for abated assignment issues, saving ten million dollars in PCS costs. Lastly, Sergeant Spruill led the family travel program and verified 252 COT/IPCOT/SDT orders to ensured $554,000 in travel entitlements were dispersed. Her motivation and direction directly contributed to the unit's selections as 2018 PACAF FSS of the Year and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Spruill reflect great credit upon herself and the United States Air Force.
